What it is
How it works
A clinical trial run by The Adelaide Institute of Sleep Health (AISH) at the Repatriation General Hospital in South Australia revealed that sleepers using the BuzzPOD reduce time on their back from an average of 20% of the night to less than 1% .
The BuzzPOD is a chest worn device with a pocket for the sensing unit and another for the vibrating part. The chestband is positioned on the chest midline and detects the position of the sleeper. When they remain on their back from more than 5 seconds, an annoying vibration prompts the sleeper to assume a new position.
